Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00pm may be processed the next business day.

During peak periods, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted national carriers.

  • Free, Non Tracked Shipping
    Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days depending on location. This package would not be able to be tracked.
    Cost: Free
  • Tracked Shipping
    Estimated delivery: 2-8 business days depending on location. Tracking included with order.
    Cost: $7.95
  • Express Shipping – Non Bulky Items.
    Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days depending on location. Tracking included with order.
    Cost: 9.95
  • Express Shipping – Bulky Items
    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days depending on location
    Cost: Call for pricing.

 

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 1:00pm (business days) are typically dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be dispatched the next business day.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to:

  • Remote delivery locations
  • Peak shipping periods
  • Carrier network delays
  • Weather or transport disruptions

 

Auto Openers is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We deliver to residential and business addresses across Australia.
  • P.O. Boxes are supported for eligible shipping methods.
  • Some oversized items may require a physical street address.
  • Dangerous goods and bulky freight may have limited delivery options.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

 

Authority to Leave

Unless requested otherwise, deliveries may be left in a safe place at the shipping address.

If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please contact us before dispatch.

 

Damaged or Lost Parcels

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product
  • Retain all packaging materials

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

International shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

 

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Auto Openers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
