Returns at a Glance

• Returns accepted within 60 days of receiving your order
• You must notify us before returning any item
• Items must be returned in original, resaleable condition

60-Day Returns

You are eligible to request a return if:

• You notify us within 60 days of receiving the item
• The item is unused, uninstalled and in original resaleable condition
• All parts, accessories, manuals and packaging are included

If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, we’ll help you return it and guide you to the correct product. We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is missing parts or incomplete, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
• Items must not be installed, used, marked or damaged
• All included components must be returned
• Do not attach labels or write directly on product packaging

Return Costs & Refund Deductions

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• A combined handling, restocking and postage recovery fee of up to 20% may be deducted from the refund

If a returned item is damaged due to poor packaging, the refund amount may be reduced to cover restoration costs. Where restoration is not possible, we reserve the right to reasonably refuse a refund.

Return Shipping Options

Prepaid Return Labels
If you require assistance returning your item, we can provide a prepaid return label at your cost. The label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Using Your Own Shipping
If a prepaid label is not used, you may send the item using your preferred carrier. The correct return address will be provided through the Returns Portal.

Items sent to incorrect locations may delay processing.

Inspection & Refund Timeframes

• Returns are inspected upon arrival
• Inspection and resolution typically takes up to 10 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately.

To assist with assessment, we may request photos or videos of the issue.

Resolutions may include repair, replacement, refund or store credit depending on the situation.

Warranty Information

Auto Openers Remote Controls

Auto Openers remotes include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, impact, corrosion or other external factors is not covered.

Garage Door Openers

Garage door openers are covered by a Back-to-Base manufacturer warranty:

• 2 years when DIY / professionally installed and not registered for warranty
• 5 years when DIY installed and registered for warranty
• 10 years when professionally installed and registered for warranty

Please refer to your owner’s manual for required servicing conditions during the warranty period.

• Units must be removed and returned for assessment
• Return freight is at the customer’s expense
• If deemed faulty, reasonable postage costs will be reimbursed
• Assessment and processing times vary by manufacturer
• Repaired or replacement units are returned at our cost

Openers do not require original packaging but must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Control boards
• Motor electronics and internal components
• Springs and tension components
• Weather seals
• Custom-order parts

Your Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
