Description
Garage Door Floor Seal – Rodent & Water Barrier (1m Length)
This garage door floor seal creates a tight barrier between the garage door and the concrete floor, helping prevent water, dust, leaves and rodents from entering your garage.
Manufactured in Australia, the seal is designed to sit beneath the garage door and compress against the door’s bottom weather seal when closed. This creates a raised threshold that blocks gaps where water, vermin and debris can enter.
The durable rubber construction is designed to withstand daily vehicle traffic while maintaining its sealing performance over time. A high visibility strip is moulded into the raised section to improve safety and visibility when walking or driving across the seal.
Sold in convenient 1 metre lengths, simply increase the quantity required and the seal will be supplied in one continuous piece.
Please note: adhesive is not included. A polyurethane or MS polymer sealant is recommended for installation.

Garage Door Floor Seal Installation
Step 1 – Measure and Cut
Measure the width of the garage door opening and allow approximately 100mm extra for trimming around the door frame. Cut the seal to length.
Step 2 – Position the Seal
Close the garage door and slide the seal underneath so the raised section contacts the inside bottom edge of the door.
Step 3 – Mark the Position
Mark both sides of the seal along the floor with a pencil to identify the final installation position.
Step 4 – Apply Adhesive
Apply a 4–5mm bead of polyurethane or MS polymer sealant in a zigzag pattern within the marked lines.
Step 5 – Install the Seal
Press the seal firmly into position and close the garage door on top of the seal for at least 8 hours to allow the adhesive to cure.
Once installed, the floor seal helps protect your garage from water, leaves, dust and rodents entering beneath the door.
