Frequently Asked Questions

How do I activate/deactivate my remote?

To program a remote into your opener:
- Press and hold the “CODE” button until the Coding LED illuminates, then release.
- Press and hold a button on your remote for 2 seconds, then release. The Coding LED will extinguish.
- Press and hold the same button again. The Coding LED will flash and the opener will beep to confirm the remote has been programmed.
- Test the operation of your remote.

To delete all remotes from your opener:
- Press and hold the “CODE” button. The Coding LED will flash 8 times, then “C” will appear on the display and the opener will beep.
- Test to ensure your removed remote no longer operates the opener.

How do I open my roller door opener manually?

Pull the handle on the bottom of your opener to disengage the motor. This will allow you to manually lift the roller door.

I cannot program my remote.

Please ensure that the door limits have been set in the opener. You can view our installation video here which shows how to reset the limits: Watch installation video.

How do I turn PE Beams on or off?

To enable PE Beams, set the opener to Setting “11”, press “UP” for “H”, then press “SET” to confirm.
To disable PE Beams, return to “11” and press “SET”.

How do I enable or disable Auto Close?

To turn on Auto Close, go to Setting “- -” and adjust the timing. Maximum time is 9 (PE Beams must be fitted). To turn Auto Close off, set the timing to “0”.

How do I adjust the Force Settings?

Press and hold “SET” until the LED displays “3”, then release.
Use “UP” and “DOWN” to adjust the Force setting (1 is lowest, 9 is highest).
Press “SET” to save.
